The Electric Utility provides electricity service to the residents and businesses of Park River through its membership in the Northern Municipal Power Agency.

The Water Utility operates a water treatment plant and distributes water to the residents and businesses of Park River and members of Walsh Rural Water Users including the City of Minto. The source of Park River’s water supply is the Fordville Aquifer.

The Street Department in in charge of repairing & maintaining city streets which include patching & filling holes along with snow removal. They also are responsible for replacing street lights.
